At a time when many are eating a little too much with their family and friends, Legacy Relief Foundation with the assistance of Easy Taxi and other philanthropists worked together to reach out to people in need with food donations. The event was a great success, bringing food and smiles to over 400 people in the local area, as well as handing out goodie bags to children and food parcels to the adults.
She also recalled the reaction of a widow who was among the crowd. Adeola said ‘when we handed her a bag filled with Rice, Garri, sachet tomatoes, Salt and Maggi to her, she spoke of a miracle she hadn't imagined and blessed the givers’.
