All is now set for the second edition of the Creative Industry Awards scheduled to hold on the 23rd of February, 2013 at the British Council Gardens between the hours of 6pm and 9pm. It promises to be an evening of great Inspiration as deserving entrepreneurs will get recognized in the creative industry.
The Award, organized by the Creative Entrepreneurs Association of Nigeria rewards Initiative, Talent, Creativity and Entrepreneurship across the creative industries, recognising the central role they play in the development of a competitive and sustainable creative economy. This Award has ‘11’ categories including the overall winner that will be declared the Creative Entrepreneur of the year 2012.

One of the key objectives of this event is to sensitise the Nigerian creative sector to the opportunities that abound in Nigeria, while showcasing and rewarding those that have taken the bull by the horn.
A second objective is to better understand the dynamics of being an entrepreneur in the creative economy. Through this programme we seek opportunities to achieve both sensitisation and understanding.
