YALDA, a youth organisation established at Harvard University in the US in 2004, will be hosting its “Adopt an Idea” Fundraising Gala on the 23rd February, 2013 in Lagos, Nigeria.
Eight young innovators will present their unique ideas to you and
others like you who are truly committed to Africa’s development. It is
our hope that you will be able to adopt one or two of these ideas to
ensure that these young people’s visions are implemented.
Africa has
recently established itself as the new global investment hub and is
experiencing unprecedented growth that will continue for years to come.
With more young people in its population than any other continent,
Africa’s inability to effectively incorporate the economic participation
of its youth poses immense social challenges. It has been recognized
that encouraging entrepreneurship and a culture of self-sustenance
amongst African youth is the strongest weapon in the battle against
rising youth unemployment rates.
At
YALDA, we also believe in harnessing the potential of Africa’s youth.
All over Africa young minds are brimming with solutions to the
continent’s most pressing issues, and it is essential that we give these
youth the avenues and resources to successfully bring these ideas to
fruition in their respective countries and communities. In partnership
with Lagos Business School, we hosted
the YALDA 2012 Conference themed “Innovation and Creativity for a Better Africa: Implementing your Dreams!” from the 4th -7th October to address these very unique issues with international media coverage from both CNN and Voice of America. But we believe we can do more.

We have four (4) categories of tables to choose from, each with their own features described in the table below.
Chairman/Chairperson (VVIP) Tables are N1,000,000.
These exclusive and prestigious tables are very limited in number. They
are located in the premiere section of the venue with exclusive VVIP
treatment, waiter service, complete bar menu and the best view of the
stage.
CEO (VIP) Tables are N750,000. Prime location behind Chairman tables, Menu with waiter service, standard bar menu.
Manager Tables are N500,000. Middle of Hall, Buffet,Wine, beer, sodas and spirits on some tables.
Supporter Tables are N400,000. Standard seating, Buffet, Wine, beer and sodas.
Individual Tickets are N50,000 per person.
