The Bayelsa International Jazz Festival is presented as an avenue to expose and entertain a diverse audience of Jazz aficionados, young Jazz enthusiasts and musical artists to the rich heritage and variety of Jazz as an authentic form of traditional music.

The Bayelsa Jazz festival provides the city with an opportunity to unify Bayelsa's diverse population, groom young talents, celebrate Bayelsa’s rich cultural heritage and to promote tourism.

The Festival will showcase some of the most admired jazz legends in the world including Hugh Masekela (SA), Somi (USA), Bright Gain, Gangbe Brass Band (Cotonou), Lekan Babalola and the Afro Jazz Messengers (UK), Ego Ogbaro and others. Our key advertising partners will enjoy direct access to our participants and also enjoy exclusive signage and billing within specially designated VIP-areas of venue where products can be sampled, experienced and enjoyed, gift distribution and signature photo opportunities can be arranged with hosts and guests.
