How else can you combat poverty, do you take the bull by the horn or allow fate take its course? This is the story of "Osaka the Porter".

He was born without a silver spoon, not even an iron, survived through thick and thin in making ends meet, finally got solace, yet not good enough, worked day and night still not good enough. Can being humble really determine a brighter future? Well that was what he thought, and he tried, yet not good enough, Osaka was left with this question “can the choices we make determine our future”? SCHOOL HR MATTERS

While the core business of schools have always been directed and focused on the

achievements and academic outcomes to teacher impact, recruitment and retention

have become significant issues, particularly in private  schools where parental

expectations are high.

The School HR Matters Seminar is focused on helping school leaders and human

generating improvements in the quality of teaching staff recruited and retained, and

ultimately also in student outcomes.
